Below you will find some audio files that you can listen to that might help you with some of the issues that you are experiencing.  To use them, find a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed for around 15 minutes and, if you can, listen with headphone or earphones.

These audio files contain hypnotic content and, if you commit yourself to listening rather than playing them in the background, then you will find yourself becoming increasingly relaxed and absorbed so do not listen to them when you are driving or doing something else that requires your close attention.  Doing so under these circumstances will inevitably mean that you will not be able to safely focus on the content and you will derive little benefit from listening.

These audios are free for you to listen to, download, and share but they cannot be distributed for profit.

All of us have to face stormy times in our lives, and when we're in the middle of them, it can feel like it will never end. But of course, all storms do end and we just have to find a way of riding them out. Here you can ride out the storm, and even find peace within it, in a warm and relaxing cabin in the woods.  This audio is spoken by Joe.

Leading a life where you always follow the expectations of others is not a recipe for contentment, but it is not always easy for us to follow our own path.   Robin managed it, perhaps you can too.  This audio is spoken by Bob.
6. Peace After the Storm (14 minutes)
Sometimes when we are in the mddle of a storm it can feel like it will never end, that we may not survive, but all storms end. All we can do is hold on until they do. This audio is spoken by Bob.
7. A Train Journey At Dusk To Sleep By (20 minutes)
A train journey can sometimes be a very relaxing experience.  The rythmic noises can be soothing and induce sleep. This audio is spoken by Joe.
